Discovery

Always complimentary, our first step includes an overview discussion about your event and our services.

Proposal

Turnaround in 7-10 days, your proposal will include quotes and estimates for vendors, a pricing agreement, timing and contract information, and retainer payment.

Development

The longest step, development includes booking vendors, event design, collaboration meetings, adjustments (if needed), and progress updates at crucial milestones.

Implementation

Starting up to a week before the event, this step includes final preparation, invoice payment, and the execution of event logistics.

Debrief

Within 1-5 days post event completion, we will meet to discuss event successes, identify opportunities for improvement, settle final balances, savor lasting impressions, and look to the future for rebooking.
